I’ve been a member at Massage Envy Norwalk for 10 months. The therapists are amazing, but the front desk coordination is a mess. This is my second bad experience with their front office (first in Stamford, now here). I specifically booked this appointment nearly two months in advance to be with the therapist I wanted. After being called to confirm today—which I did—I realized I had a second voicemail saying the therapist was actually unavailable. It makes no sense that I was confirmed for a slot when a note clearly existed saying it needed to be rescheduled. The staff blamed a 'call service' and said they 'must not have read the note.' The estheticians are incredibly knowledgable and the retail skincare items work like magic. I've tried so many different products to manage my acne and nothing has compared to the services and products here.

I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review at a place because either it was just a slight mistake or the place made it up for me. On the other hand, Massage Envy needs to shut this location down because the front desk people ESPECIALLY are TERRIBLE at their jobs. Every single time I’ve called to make an appointment (literally 5 times now), it either gets unexpectedly cancelled last minute or they’re just sitting on the phone wasting my time with the most unhelpful attitude possible. They’re rude, sassy, and act like they’re doing me a favor by even picking up the phone. Not only that, they’ve taken money off my card without me even getting a service. Recently, I went in for a massage and was offered a complimentary facial. The experience was actually great, and I even began reconsidering signing up again as a member, despite having left previously due to inconsistent rules and constant policy changes. If you are a true massage lover and understand how it should be Do yourself a favor Never go there and don't waste your time because once you go there they will still take your card and use it without your permission. Regarding the massage technique of the masseurs (I tried two) absolutely unprofessional masseurs and weak service. Be prepared that you will pay extra for the service without warning. In addition to the good service there is also complete dirt around the massage rooms , look at the photons. The funny thing is that Sabrina says, We just ordered a cleaning, but you can see that the dust has been sitting there for a long time, for months, another try to foolish customers.
