Tony the Manager, the front desk, and the therapists are extraordinary and a cut above the rest. I had 2 different therapists the last two times and they both were very good. The ambience in this one compared to other locations is stellar. I am from Chicago and love my therapist there, but every single time in NY for business I come as a treat after the long week and always will!

I had a brightening facial with Diego and he was absolutely just a joy. He walked me through every step that he was doing and told me why he was doing it. He was very knowledgeable and made things feel realistic for me to be able to do a home as well. He was complementing. He was kind and had a great personality. I left with my face glowing. Thanks to Diego.

One of the best massages I have ever had. Can’t recommend enough. Expert with varying levels of pressure, spotted trouble spots in an instant without my even mentioning them, and while he checks in to make sure all is okay and is very responsive, also gives you lots of space to relax and have your quiet time.

I had my first massage with Fatih at Massage Envy. First off, the space is clean and comfortable. The massage room is big and relaxing. Fatih is an expert therapist with amazing technique. He didn’t leave a single muscle knot unaddressed. He checked in with me repeatedly for the pressure level and my comfort. I can’t wait to see him again. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I’ve been coming to this ME location since approximately 2019 and haven’t looked back. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, facility is always clean (and now with the renovation looks great (although I miss the old chairs in the tranquility room lol) and the wellness team is great. I’ve used the stretch service a few times and it’s really good and the massage therapist Deshawn has a gifting at zeroing in on a problem area or knot and by the next day I’m back to feeling like I’m 25 again 😅…..but seriously this is the location to be!!!
