Massage Envy

"Thank You!" to my family who gifted me with a gift card for Masaage Envy for my 60th bday.. I got to enjoy a facial and massage, both by chikako. exceptional experience. she was professional, kind, excellent communicator, I felt so comfortable in her care and left both appts refreshed, revived, very grateful. great staff and facility also.

Nancy was the absolute best! I’ve never had someone so knowledgeable about what muscles do what and actually helped me with my pain and gave me tips and advice.. Other than just a feel good massage, Nancy took the time to help me understand what is going on with my injured parts and tips on how to keep pain to a minimum. She wasn’t trying to sell me on anything or keep me coming back (the cost is high for what my income is) but I was left with knowing that if I make this a regular thing and do certain things on my own time that I can one day find a life without chronic pain.. I was gifted a free massage from a friend, and am saving up to get a membership because I think it’s 100% worth it ! Thank you again Nancy

I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had at Massage Envy Milpitas thanks to Alex. I came in with a really stiff neck and could barely turn my head, and by the next day I had full mobility again. Huge relief. He also checked in regularly about pressure, which I really appreciated. I always request the firmest pressure because it’s usually never quite deep enough, but Alex absolutely delivered. The work was very deep (I was quietly crying on the inside, in the best way possible). He was calm and quiet throughout the session, and I actually fell asleep toward the end, which says a lot. I booked a 90-minute massage, which was perfect. Zenghua was great. She asked me what type of pressure I wanted and made sure I was okay. I go to Janet for stretching and she is highly recommended. Alex did my Rapid Tension Relief this time and he was very professional.
