I had an amazing facial with Ke Ke at Massage Envy! She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience relaxing from start to finish. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. She took the time to explain each step and gave great skincare tips tailored to my needs. Highly recommend booking with Kei Kei if you want someone who truly knows what they’re doing and makes you feel cared for!
This place was okay, I saw Michael and he did a good job but it was pretty rough. I’m use to massages from a private massage therapist but just moved and gave this place a try. Definitely going back to a private person who can connect with me and my areas of concern as I am a dental hygienist and prefer to have the person know me and what needs work the most. Massages are monthly for me and it’s important to me to find someone I trust. Felt too in and out and greedy here for me. They had a Venmo sign saying the expect 20% tip and the guy running the desk was interesting didn’t really give off “spa” vibes again more like pay me please. Prices are one of the cheaper in the area $70 for 1 hour vs $80-120 elsewhere
I have the stomach flu that started the night before my appointment. I called the moment massage envy opened. Many times and left a voicemail explaining the situation. I’ve never had an issue with this before but Rashida insisted on charging me full price anyways. I’m extremely contagious and everyone at the event I was at is sick. This policy encourages people like me to come in while sick, a risk to everyone. Be cautious.
This was my first time visiting a massage envy location. I was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff member and taken right back on time for my appointment with Brianna. She was so nice and explained everything to me and got started promptly. She is an amazing massage therapist and it was a very enjoyable experience and I felt wonderful after she was done. Would definitely recommend this location and Brianna!
Really good massage, my back feels relief was very focus on my the specific muscles, I definitely will go again
