I had a great experience at Massage Envy. Kimberly at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient—she answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. Pablo did my facial and was excellent. He was professional, attentive, and made sure the treatment was tailored to my skin’s needs. The facial was relaxing and effective, and my skin felt refreshed and hydrated afterward. Overall, a clean, welcoming location with a great team. I’d definitely return.

Lynn at Massage Envy is THE best. She’s been there for years and her experience speaks for itself. She knows exactly how to target tension and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I leave every appointment feeling like a new person. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing, Lynn is it!

This is really disappointing because I truly like my therapist and only come to this location because of him. Unfortunately, the management and front desk experience have been a complete disaster. I booked an appointment, showed up on time, and sat there for 30 minutes without receiving a massage. Apparently, they have two therapists with the exact same name and booked me with the wrong one. That was their mistake — yet I was still charged for a service I never received. I was told I’d get a call back for a credit but they still had to charge me when no service was received. Earlier this week, when I paid, the front desk didn’t ask me how much I wanted to tip. I've been visiting this location for some time now. In the past, I had an unpleasant encounter, but I decided to give the location another chance. I ultimately chose another therapist. I've been seeing Lingard (Lin) for a while now. She is AMAZING! By far the best massage therapist I've ever had in my life. Lin is a true professional who takes the time to get to know you, your areas of concerns and just how she can help you feel better. Her attention to detail and consistently remembering what she covered in your previous session is phenomenal. I love how I feel when I leave our sessions, and she always has me wishing I had booked more than just a 60-minute session. I am recommending her, but at the same time, I want to be quiet as well. I experienced disappointment with the service at Massage Envy's Midtown Miami location. My husband had booked a massage as a surprise for Valentine's Day, but due to illness, I needed to reschedule. The staff cited policy as the reason they could not adjust the date, offering alternative times but not a different date. Upon requesting to speak with a manager, the representative stated she was busy and would return my call, which she did not. Notably, I have been a frequent visitor to this location without issues. I explained my situation to the second representative, mentioning my menstrual cycle and the uncontrollable nature of my scheduling conflict.
