I had a facial with Rachel. Very pleasant experience. She is very knowledgeable and gives an amazing and relaxing facial. My skin looked and felt amazing!!

Imagine your excuse for all the terrible reviews is that it's under new management... seems pretty suspicious to me.. You can't blame new management or old management when you sent out letters to members stating new ownership, so train them. Management has nothing to do with bad massage therapists or estheticians giving out their phone numbers so they can text me. You have an esti giving out her phone number, if I wanted your promotions texted to me twice, id call to ask about them. But let me guess, its under new management, so that fixes everything, what a joke.

Massage Envy in Loveland is excellent. The therapist I use regularly (Caitlin) is outstanding - always listens to my individual concerns and focuses her attention there. Pressure and technique is always spot on. Most importantly, I always feel better at the conclusion of a session.

The team at this location cancel appointments without any explanation or confirmation. They have a poor attitude and nonchalance while performing customer service requests. With me having a yearly membership- I’ll be visiting the location for a full refund. Absolutely shotty team.

The massage therapist listened to me in regards the ares I needed worked on and avoided areas that I did not wanted worked on. Before the massage she asked what what level of pressure I wanted. The initial questions prior to my appointment were easy to answer and important. The environment was clean, modern and elegant. Calm and peaceful atmosphere noted. Definitely recommend others to stop by a have a great experience.
