Massage Envy

Do not go to this location!! My therapist (Charles) was running behind, so he decided to make up his time by shorting my message by 10 mins. I discussed my concerns with the front desk, they were very dismissive. Then made me feel guilty about not wanting to leave a tip. I have attempted to call the assistant manager and manager at least 4 times but they have not returned my calls and it's been 12 days. Clearly customers are not a priority!

Attention consumers: DO NOT sign up with Massage Envy unless you fully know you are locked in to a contract for 6 or 12 months. I was not told this verbally but told “it’s in the contract”. Just popped in today to cancel and was told this by staff. My fault for not asking the question but this is extremely important to tell consumers before signing. Pretty abhorrent business practice.

Do not sign anything with this company. They don’t explain that if you sign anything with them you’re not free to cancel at anytime. Even if you don’t go and try to cancel they will charge you. Reason I tried to cancel is because when you ask for a deep tissue massage, they must not know what it is. No one there can do it. When I called to see why they were still pulling money out of my account, the manager avoided getting on the phone and the employee working there acted very nonchalant about my money being taken out of my account. Like if they were laughing about it.

I got such a great massage from Yunet this morning that I will definitely be coming to this location more often. She was thorough and super friendly, would certainly recommend booking with her.

This location has been my home location for over 10 years and has always been super helpful whenever other locations weren't. When I needed to pause my membership due to deployments, they were always quick to help. Since I have moved from Las Vegas, I am being forced to cancel my membership due to the policies/upcharges of other locations. I have appreciated the reasonable pricing of this location throughout my time being tied to them.
