Massage Envy

The hygiene in this establishment is atrocious. There were roaches in the bathroom and roaches all over their tranquility room, there were dead roaches in the corners of their tranquility room, and there was even a roach on the walls of the massage therapist rooms. Be sure not to leave your belongings out. The therapists are amazing though if you want a great massage then this is the place but other than that be careful.

Started going here a couple months ago....so far has been pretty good. Today I took off work to get a 90 min massage because my back has been killing me...I drove 20 min to my appointment, and then right as it was supposed to start I was told the lady I scheduled with had an emergency and cancelled...so I wasted almost an hour driving to and from home in addition to missing a day of work. Definitely not happy

This was my first time working with Lizbet. I absolutely loved her. This was my first massage since a pretty major surgery, so I was very nervous and she had the most calming spirit and knew exactly how to take care of me in the 90 minutes we spent together. I also really appreciated both Kenny and Heidi at the front desk, guiding me being such wonderful humans. Love this place and highly recommend!

I was greeted upon arrival & checked in promptly. They escorted me to a tranquility room prior to my massage session. Lizbeth was great: she addressed my trouble areas: neck and shoulders with firm pressure and spent time to work out the knots and tightness in my scapula. She was great! Thank you!

Massage Envy was wonderful! My friend and I tried it for the first time and customer service was top tier. My therapist Lizbeth did such a wonderful job and focused on the areas I wanted most attention. My friend and I walked out of there feeling so refreshed and relaxed. I definitely recommend this location and Lizbeth for a soft/firm massage.
