Massage Envy

This was my first experience at massage envy and I can comfortably say that it exceeded my expectations! Arianna was amazing. She was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my skincare questions. She walked me through the process and provided me with excellent care! I left feeling relaxed and with a glowing complexion. Staff member (don’t recall her name) at the front desk was also super helpful and gave me information about the membership pricing/options when I requested it without being pushy. Absolutely plan to return!

I am writing to formally report an unacceptable experience regarding my skin care treatment on [02.08.2026] with the esthetician, Ana. As a loyal member of Massage Envy for over a decade, I am deeply concerned by the lack of care and professionalism I encountered during this session. During the treatment, I explicitly informed Ana that my skin is sensitive and that I was experiencing a severe burning sensation. Despite my clear communication of physical distress, she continued the treatment without adjustment. Furthermore, her extraction technique was excessively rough, resulting in immediate swelling and significant redness that was visible upon the conclusion of the session. Yelena has been my beauty practitioner for several years. She is wonderful, attentive, very professional and knows exactly what me and my skin needs. Since coming to her, my skin never looked better, and I always get compliments for how radiant and healthy it looks. Great place and great service. I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at massage envy. The place is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My massage therapist was great. He worked on the areas that I needed help with. After my massage, I’m able to move better and I don’t have any lower back pains. This is amazing, I like to thank Christopher for his fantastic massage. I went to Massage Envy pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, and post pregnancy - I cannot rave about them enough! Osatohanmwen is fantastic It’s very attentive. I’ve always had a great and relaxing experience.
