Massage Envy

It's been some years ago since I got a massage here maybe 2017ish. My 5 stars is for service back in 2017. I will say that the establishment was clean and the person who did my massage was great! Being that it was my first time I didn't know what to expect. I slightly went off to sleep and after my massage was over, as I began to walk to the waiting area I asked why was my vision blurry and why was I walking wobbly down the hallway. She explained that my body had been purified from all the toxins!! Wow, that's incredible! I had no idea a massage could do that much to the body! It was an experience that I highly enjoyed! Years later to this date Aug 26, 2025, I was considering sending my sister here to get a massage but after reading the most recent comments I'm thinking differently..sorry

This Massage Envy is the best one I’ve been to; the girls at the front desk are always very nice and I got a massage by Krystal and a facial by Jaymi and both were perfect. Very professional and skilled at what they do.

I had a great experience at this location. I booked online same day, which was perfect for me. The location was clean, calming, and convenient. From the front staff (Brenda) she was very welcoming and knowledgable. I had Monica for my massage, she was very attentive and did a great job. I also has Alexandra for a facial; she was amazing. I felt so comfortable here that I brought a membership!

I wasn't going to leave a review about my experience, but I just called to see if the person who performed my massage was still working there or not. He is still in employment so I feel the need to write this. His name is Victor, if they schedule a massage with a man named Victor do yourself a favor and cancel or request a different employee. I have had over 20 massages in my adult life, all of them even though in different places all perform the same typical routine, so I am familiar with how a massage is supposed to go and how it is supposed to feel. Not only was my massage with Victor uncomfortable physically it was uncomfortable emotionally. I had been traveling and had a very sore neck and shoulder, so I told him that some firm pressure would feel nice. I was wrong! He took one digit

I’ve been a member for several years, so I’ve experienced a few great therapists (some of which no longer work there) and some terrible ones as well. Currently, Evan and Aidan are probably two of the best (but Evan can be a bit hard to book). Not really impressed with the other therapists there. Ivelisse was not good at all, put no effort into the massage (literally just rubbing my skin). I initially thought her hands felt rough/dry, 60 minutes into a 90 minute massage I realized she was using gloves to massage me. In my 20 years of getting professional massages I have NEVER encountered that. I was so frustrated with the whole experience that I cut the session short.
