Carolyn is a skincare EXPERT. Her demeanor is so relaxing. I love getting the concern focused chemical peel with the red light. It calms my skin and works on minimizing pores and fine lines. I've bought several PCA products per Carolyns recommendations and I've seen great improvements in my skin texture and hydration. The front staff are always kind and professional. Last night, I decided last minute to book a massage as I was in a lot of pain and desperately praying for relief. I was slightly worried I might get a disappointed therapist who thought their night was over, but instead what I got was a full blown blessing! Mr. Masi is hands down one of the best and most professional massage therapists I've ever met. The knots I experience are diabolical work, and when I say this man took the time to work on each individual knot like it was its own entity, whooo baby I couldnt rebook fast enough. The entire experience felt personalized, authentic, and extremely relieving. No offense to massage envy itself, but he is the reason I will come back for sure! Lakenia (Grand Prairie location) was the sweetest, most professional masseuse. She really enjoys and takes her job seriously. She was so good that I signed up for a membership! They didnt have try and sell me anything, I had my mind made up after my message. She worked out every knot and kink I had and the hot towels were heaven!!! Lakenia was absolutely the best! Please go get a message and ask for her!
