Massage Envy

Be careful when purchasing a membership. I brought accrued sessions with me to this location when moving from another state. During Covid, they couldn’t honor scheduled sessions, often calling to postpone sessions only to, again, do it again. This continued for years. My sessions continued to accrue while I will still being charged the monthly fee. Then, I ended up with over 30 sessions they couldn’t keep up with. When my card on file expired, I cancelled the membership. I was, then, told I couldn’t use my sessions if not used within 30 days of the cancellation. This was a loss of over $1,800. The atmosphere is peaceful, sessions (when you can get them), relaxing, but this is a one-sided relationship and they profit from their own lack of ability to provide service to members. Bu

Got a back facial for first time, excellent! Don't know why I waited so long to get one. Well be back in a few months for another one. My back was dry and itchy, but not anymore after that back facial.

Multiple attempts to speak to management have gone unanswered. I got a call from the general manager. She took care of all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me. Changed to 4 stars....

The front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful. My massage therapist was amazing. I’ve been with Massage Envy for well over 6 years if not longer. It’s always good to do something for yourself and I love treating my family and friends to a massage.

My experience. Was good up until I held my membership, got charged, left the state to come back and they tell me the month I was charged I couldn't use. When I was charged I emailed them 3 times to ask them if they could refund me, no one responded. Now I'm back and they tell me the $80 is gone after 90 days. Will not go back.
