Massage Envy

I had a facial with Lisa today and it was incredible!! I’ve seen her for years - she’s very knowledgeable and I always leave with glowing skin. She’s the best! Also, the front desk employees were very kind and attentive!

The person Who did my massage talk the entire time I scheduled a one hour massage did not want to be rude and ask her to please shut up so just put up with her yammering on and on about personal business, very unprofessional. Would I book another appointment with them? probably not. Staff training would go a long way if they could implement that..

My massage therapist was a little talkative and wasn’t great taking hints that I didn’t want to have a conversation and wanted to relax, otherwise great!

What an UNPROFESSIONAL SET OF PEOPLE! I GUESS YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER! UNACCEPTABLE & I CALL @8PM way before closing & the phone just rings. I was told I wasn't locked into a membership from Mar! I was told my 1st payment date yet,I canceled a week before! With 2 different people. It's so unfair ur still attempting to take payments. My son said the lady talked ti him the whole time. That's what consulting is for! Like, it's put me in a bind especially after thinking it was handled & told no worries & it was fine. I told then the next day! In March yet,they still trying to take money. I have no contract cause there was never 1 given!

If you signbup for a membership expect an Xfinity like experience trying to cancel. Especially if you can't get to the facility. They keep trying to charge my card despite my notifying them.
