Massage Envy

I haven't been to this location in a couple of years. The girl at the front desk for check in seemed very inattentive. Let me be clear, the two star rating has nothing to do with Shawn. He was great. It was my first time with him and I will definitely use him again. He deserves five+ stars. When I checked out, I wanted to tip him with the card they had on file for me. And so they processed the tip with tax. In the 20 years I've been a member, I don't ever recall them doing that at any of the locations that I have visited across the country, let alone this one. I declined to tip him because of it. I will be back to tip him for this service - in cash. I just didn't have any cash on me that day. Not sure why taxing your customer on tipping is happening when the massage therapist will have to

This was my first time at this location. My appointment was at 1130, by the time everything began, it was probably 1150, if not later. Shawn provided my massage and it felt spectacular. He took his time with the focus areas I pointed out initially but I do feel like I was cheated out of 10 mins of the 90 minute massage. Overall, good experience and my back feels better.

Absolutely love the Fleming Island location! I got an upper back, neck and shoulder massage, as well as an exfoliating foot care massage and it was absolutely wonderful. Shawn was very nice and polite and made the whole experience awesome! I hope the next time I go there for another massage that he is there because I will definitely book him again. The young lady at the front desk, I think her name was Chloe, very happy person. Very informative of prices and products and made the whole day from the beginning of the appointment to the end of the appointment very wonderful. Thank you!! I will definitely be back again.

Shawn did an amazing job! It was probably the best massage I’ve ever had, and I’m thinking about a membership! My partner had a massage with Sandra and loved her too! We had a great experience at the Fleming Island location.

Sandy gives an excellent massage if you’re looking for medium to deep pressure! She is very professional and has a calm and positive personality. Great experience! I look forward to my next visit with her.
