They are a scam. They don’t let you get out of the contract and keep harassing you. Please be very careful. Report them to the better business bureau! I have saved voicemails of them!

Great and relaxing time! One of the best massages ever! Hope, was my therapist and she was so GOOD. She listened to my concerns and gave me excellent feedback. The manager was inviting, kind, very welcoming and super helpful!

Not impressed at all. My husband booked us full body massages for 60 minutes. I walked in the room at 2:02 and walked out at 2:44. We were told that included 5 minute pre and post consultation. Still didn’t add up to 60 minutes. Therapist never touched my legs and only touched my arms to move them on the table. I not only told the therapist but also pointed to a spot on my lower back that needed attention which he never touched. I also found it very hard to relax in a room that smelled. I was nauseated the whole time. The only reason I didn’t give a 1 star is because the front desk was polite and my husband said his massage was good.

SCAM. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. They make it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to cancel your membership. There's even a class action lawsuit about it. When I signed up I asked in no confusing terms "What happens if I can't afford it and I need to cancel?" I was told that I can cancel anytime, straight up, to my face. LIES. I was denied canceling over the phone and the manager was supposed to call me back and never did. To avoid the stress (which is one of the reasons you get a massage, right? De-stress?!) I decided not to fight it. Now almost a year later the person I spoke to on the phone today was mumbling something about my subscription ending in November!! He was so rude and unprofessional, he had no enthusiasm or customer service at all. I asked him why November and he said "I don't have that information

I got a massage and facial from my husband and after the massage and the facial they told me that I owed 40 more after what my husband had paid for the gift. I asked to talk to the manager and they told me he as sick. They said since it wasn;t my first time there the massage would be double the price. They manage false advertisement. My husband was never told that.
