Honestly, I had one of the best facials ever all thanks to Alma! She was very knowledgeable about the products, and it was very noticeable how my skin looked after the facial. Elmo was very professional and at the same time very gentle. I highly recommend massage envy not only for their great massages but also for their facials specially with Alma.

I had an amazing massage from Neira! She asked what pressure I would like and confirmed it was ok while working. She also started off by asking if I had any areas I'd like her to focus on. She's checked in throughout the massage to ensure I was satisfied. I don't usually talk during massages, but we ended up making conversation near the end and she was very kind and easy to talk to. 10/10, highly recommend! Local was clean and well maintained too.
