Massage Envy

I’ve been seeing Isabella at Massage Envy in Corinth for the past 2–3 months and she is absolutely amazing. She is very respectful, professional, and truly listens to what you need. Every massage is tailored and never rushed. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend Isabella if you’re looking for consistent, quality care.

I booked a service online with the Corinth location, due to the incredible promotion that was being offered; 50% off either a 60 or 90 minute facial. I have never used Massage Envy before, normally I go to the "Woodhouse Spa" in Highland Village,TX, but since there was such a fantastic promo I decided to give Massage Envy a try. I opted for the 90 minute facial and even added an add-on service (neck and decollete). My appointment was on May 28th at 12:30pm at the Corint, TX location. I enjoyed the service, eventhough the esthetician accidentally hit my face with the oil bottle and the streamer did not work. I was completely miscommunicated with and misled by staff Breona and Alise at the front desk who made it seem as if I could use my membership free enhancement up to $15 coupon on CBD oil. So, I requested the CBD oil and at NO point did anyone tell me that CBD oil was $30 and I would not be able to use the coupon at all until it was time for me to pay. Ridiculous management, making me pay for a mistake that YOUR team made. SMH, and I beg you to show me the camera footage of the masseuse telling that it would covered because she never did.

I wish I could give 0 stars, but 1 is the lowest I can go. Avoid this location at all costs - there are plenty more in the area you can go to. The customer service is horrendous and the manager, Abby, won’t lift a finger to do anything. My wife and I have been paying members to ME for 7.5 years and canceled our membership because of this one location. She scheduled a couples massage for us on my birthday this year. We both walked in, checked in, got back to the room and her therapist walked in and said “I don’t feel comfortable doing prenatal massages” and we were sent away. When my wife originally booked the appointment, she asked for prenatal and we got assigned this therapist (this is standard procedure - she has had many prenatal massages at this location). I had a massage with Adrienne yesterday and it was awesome. I told her I was a little stiff because I don’t stretch enough and she did the best massage/stretch possible. She was so kind and attentive to all my concern. One of the best massage I had in my life strongly, recommend her
