Great Clips

We came in to get my 6yr old & 2 yr olds haircut. Every stylist was so nice. Miranda was able to handle cutting my 2 yr olds first professional haircut. I am more than happy with both of my boys haircuts! We will definitely be back!

I came into your salon on the 22nd of December for a haircut and some styling. Stephanie took excellent care of me, gave me the cut and style I was hoping for. She spent quite a bit of time giving me one of the best cuts I have gotten in a long, long time. I hope when I need a trim up that she is still available there. I took my 3 year old to Great Clips, and Stephanie did an amazing job! She was so patient, kind, and gentle with him the entire time. My little one usually doesn’t sit still for haircuts, but she made him feel comfortable and even got him to smile! The haircut turned out perfect, clean, even, and exactly what I asked for. Thank you, Stephanie, for making it such a great experience for both of us! We’ll definitely be back.

I have never had a problem but today my spouse was treated like street trash. She made a mistake and registered at the wrong Great clips. One of the hair salon specialist (blond, 60 yoa, slender), treated my spouse poorly. Instead of explaining that she was not registered at this location she blew her off attended another customer and would not talk to my spouse. THAT IS CRAPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! She acted like my spouse was not there. She looked at my spouse did not say a word, grabbed her belongings and left. It was not until the other specialist came and asked her name and explained the error. The second person did a wonderful job. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB STAY AT HOME. I wanted to trim off my split ends, redo my blunt bangs, and I asked for face frames. When I got home to style it I realized my "face frames" were longer than the rest of my hair and the angle cut into the strands were maybe 2 inches at best. My hair goes down to the middle of my back... I also realized there was a lot of split ends left. He also didn't bother to make sure my hair was split down the middle before cutting the bangs. I just said it looked good when he finished and left because I didn't trust him to go any further. The guy wasn't even in an apron so I'm confused if he even worked there or had a certificate. He didn't seem like he knew anything more than how to cut straight.
