Massage Envy

The 90 min massage was wonderful!!! great price , will do it monthly. Loved her. The rejuvenating facial with "gentle chemical peel" was overpriced. my face did not show even a little redness. while she applied the glycolic acid, it burned x a couple of minutes. She told me that I was going to have some skin shedding and nothing happened. My face and neck look and feel identical than before the facial. She gave me a very gentle neck/ facial massage. The treatment lasted less than 45 min and costed more than 200 dollars. What bothers me is that I had to tip her at least 20% (no lower options)which meant that she got more than 40 dollars for less less than an hour's work and per percentage less than the lady that massaged me for 90 min. I think that the tip percentage in this case needs

JP is an amazing massage therapist! However, not impressed with front desk staff. Be sure to double check your card charges after your session. After your massage when you’re checking out and relaxed, they’ll ask you repeatedly to sign up for a membership, and when you say no, they’ll ask why. During my most recent visit the young lady at the front desk was more focused on her sales questions to me than ensuring my card was charged the correct amount or that I received a receipt. Luckily I caught the overcharge on my card statement, called back, and got issued a refund for the overcharge. These issues combined with the review below about tipping practices this gives me pause to recommend this place.

Judy is the best! I left feeling amazing and in a great mood. It was a fantastic experience especially after my previous experience at the Brentwood location (I literally checked my body for bruises…)

I was visiting St Louis and had an incredible massage with Katie! She made me feel so comfortable and was so funny and enjoyable as a person! The spa is in a nice place, near a lovely city park so after the massage I sat in the sunshine and just enjoyed the state of relaxation I was in. Thank you! (I don't have a Google Review account because I don't like to post online, so I am using my friend's account who referred me to her. It was just important to me that I gave Katie a shout-out.)

Massage Envy has a talented team providing services. I have been going to Massage Envy on Maryland Ave in Clayton for over a year now and have experienced excellent service. I highly recommend this salon and the friendly and its skilled team members. I look forward to my visits.
