Stasis Massage

I set up an appointment with Alexis H for a therapeutic massage. She greeted me at the entrance and showed me around. The environment was very clean, esthetically pleasing, and very relaxing. Before beginning the massage me and Alexis discussed some areas of concern on my body and where I was feeling tension and other stresses. She was very knowledgeable and a clear communicator as to what I should expect. Alexis's massage techniques and touch were very relaxing and well administered and any adjustments I needed to make to improve the process were communicated. She removed a lot of tension and knots and left me feeling very relaxed and good. I would highly recommend Alexis to anyone that is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and professional massage therapist.

Alexis is very knowledgeable about the body and gives a great therapeutic massage! As someone with back problems who has visited lots of different practitioners I'm glad I found Alexis to help keep me in working order! She is super attentive and a great listener!

The setting in Demun is also lovely and peaceful, and conveniently located for a quick smoothie after!

Alexis is the BEST and I would recommend her to anyone! She works with your body to make sure you have the most relief possible for whatever your ailments. Her calming and bright energy also make the massage experience extra wonderful!

Alexis really goes above and beyond as a massage therapist! Even in our first session she amazed me with her ability to respond to my body and apply a technique that really worked for me. I came to her with a very specific injury and left feeling so much better. The studio is also very calm and relaxing!
