Management is awful at this location. Completely unprofessional and they are really looking for any excuse to charge you now. The day before is now considered a "same day cancellation" if it's less than 24 hours before. And now instead of deducting it from your prepaid services they're charging you additional money. When I called to ask about the charge I was told the owner was pushing for this policy to be enforced and that previous employees were just being nice. I've been a monthly member for over a decade and never been charged like this. If there's a change in policy then you should notify people. When I tried to point that out, I was repeatedly accused of yelling at the manager despite not raising my voice at all. And funnily enough as soon as I hung up the phone my coworker

If you’re looking to book an appointment here- don’t bother. I’ve booked appointments 3 separate times (weeks in advance) only to have them cancelled the day of.

I’m genuinely remiss to leave a 1-star review, but I’ve had more than one difficult experience with the manager at this location. While recently traveling, I needed to pause my membership. Then, unexpectedly, I was laid off from my job. When I called, the associate kindly put me on hold to check with the manager about extending my freeze—but the manager was unwilling to accommodate the request. Left with no other option, I had to cancel my membership and forfeit an $80 credit on file. I explained that reactivating my membership to pay for the remainder of the year—just to freeze it again next calendar year—was not financially feasible. Still, the manager refused to work with me, despite my current hardship.

Yes, BEWARE! Looks like I’m not the only one on here complaining of this location charging members when they’ve already made multiple requests or submitted paperwork to freeze or cancel their accounts. Make sure to cancel and get confirmation of cancellation in writing!! Been calling and e-mailing manager/ owner of this particular branch for over a month now and they have yet to cancel my membership. Have been an ME member for over 5+ years. They seem to only return your calls when they’re looking to book you for an available appointment. They DO NOT return calls or e-mails relating to membership cancellation. Shame on management. I suggest going elsewhere!

After the Medford location closed I was looking for another one and came here. I have been very impressed with the services at this location. The facials with Heather are phenomenal and I like how she communicates exactly what she is doing throughout the facial. The massages I have had with Andre and Martine have been very relaxing and rejuvenating. The receptionist is very helpful and I also really like the texts with available appointments sent out which makes it easier to book. So glad I found this location!
