The staff at European Wax Center in Burlington are so friendly and helpful. I appreciate how the front desk is always looking for ways to help clients save and they've always been really patient and understanding when I need to reschedule. The technician i work with, Victoria, is great at making the waxing experience quick and she's always willing to answer my questions.
Victoria is incredibly personable and professional. She works quickly and efficiently without ever compromising the quality of her work. Throughout the entire appointment, she consistently checks in to make sure I’m comfortable, which I truly appreciate. I always leave happy with the results.
I’ve been seeing Kayla at EWC in Burlington every month for over three years now and she’s wonderful! She’s quick, personable, and attentive. Kayla always does a great job and I always look forward to seeing her!
This was my first visit to European wax center, and I was so impressed by the professionalism, ease, and experience as a whole. Alinne made the waxing process as painless as possible, and she was so kind and explained every step during the process. I will absolutely be back to her again!!
