Massage Envy

I am a regular Massage Envy client. The new ownership is wonderful and have noticed improvements to an already good experience. While I am usually a person who will take whoever is available- Brandon has been my go to lately- I am happy with his skills and knowledge!

I went here once because I got a gift card. The person who gave me a massage chattered constantly the entire time. I tried explaining I'm hard of hearing and need to read lips to understand what's being said but that didn't stop him from asking me a million questions. I had to keep lifting my head and asking him to repeat because he wasn't figuring it I couldn't hear him. Not the best experience. Then came the marketing emails. I unsubscribed a few times. Eventually they stopped but not the review emails. Can't get those to stop for nothing. Now I've completely blocked their emails by reporting them as spam. Ridiculously spammy and unprofessional company.

I really hate to post this, but I feel I need to because my boyfriend and I had the exact same experience. We both booked 60-minute massages (both at different times but by same massage therapist) and unfortunately, they fell far below expectations. I’ve had many massages before, and I specifically asked the therapist to focus on certain areas that are very important due to my line of work. Those areas were barely addressed—maybe two minutes at most. The rest of the time was spent almost entirely on my left shoulder, while my right side was hardly touched at all. He continued to go to area and then switch back to the left side. I am a pretty small person so that doesn’t take that much to get a knot out. Massage envy in Broomfield Colorado. I always enjoy my massages and definitely feel it is worth the money. Highly recommend this location! Luis is my guy. I always feel refreshed and relaxed when I leave. I prefer the 90 min massage since it feels so good. But sometimes I do get a 60 min massage. Either way it’s definitely worth it. I have also had microdermabrasion with Nicole and enjoyed it as well.

Both facial and massages at Massage Envy, Cherry Creek are of high quality. There is a new dedicated owner and it shows!
