I've been seeing Joshua for the past 4 weeks for an ankle surgery that consisted of two ligament reconstructions and two bone spur removals. Joshua offered to help me with recovery by trying red light therapy and hyperbaric chamber (oxygen) therapy. My surgeon said I wouldn't be able to start walking for 6 weeks post-operation, and I was walking in 4 and a half weeks.
