I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent massage experience, which unfortunately was disappointing. From the moment I walked into the massage room, there was a strong smell of weed. The odor remained present throughout the entire session and was very distracting and uncomfortable. Additionally, the massage therapist also smelled of weed, which made the experience feel unprofessional. During the session, the therapist did not check in with me about pressure preferences or how I was feeling overall, which is something I typically expect and value during a massage. Because of this, I did not feel fully comfortable or relaxed during my appointment. I normally look forward to my visits, so this experience was quite disappointing. Tecora was by far the absolute best masseuse I’ve had in a while. I’m from NJ but utilized my membership in Mass. I was apprehensive at first with a new unfamiliar location but was pleasantly surprised. Tecora is knowledgeable and precise. She applied the appropriate pressure based on her findings and with the heck out the kinks. She offered suggestions for future visits and remedies to decrease tension building up. I would fly back to Mass. monthly for her hands if I could.

I had a great experience here, everyone was so friendly. Tecora was great, very experienced and professional! I felt great after and she even kept my hair clean. The last massage I got (not at massage envy) my hair and skin got all greasy, but here I felt clean and fresh afterward.

Wonderful massage from my massage therapist Tecora. Words cannot express how much better I've been feeling from right after the massage into the following day. My body being free of physical tension has significantly turned down the worries/concerns on my mind. As someone who likes to stay silent during massages, I really appreciated how Tecora checked in with me verbally before our massage and attuned to my muscles throughout. She adapted pressure and included areas of focused as she worked that I hadn't even realized needed attention beforehand. I didn't know a scalp massage could be that impactful! The whole experience was fantastic, all that I'd hoped for and more.
