When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly woman! Unfortunately, the rest of my experience left a lot to be desired. Based on their reviews, I had high expectations for this location. I booked two services: 60-minute Brightening Facial and 60-minute Deep Massage. During the cleansing portion of the facial, the esthetician kept the faucet running constantly, creating distracting noise that disrupted what's supposed to be a relaxing and calming atmosphere. She did not perform any extractions, despite the service including them. When I asked if I needed extractions, she confirmed I did. I also didn't get to enjoy a gentle massage of my neck, shoulders, arms, and hands while my treatment mask worked its magic. That part of the service was neglected.
