Massage Envy

Brandy, the manager, was very nice, pleasant, and made me feel welcomed. I was the last client of the day with an hour massage with Jose. He did an excellent job and helped relieve some low back pain as well as other areas of my back which were presenting some discomfort from stress. I left feeling much more relaxed. Thanks, Brandy and Jose for making the end of my day so pleasant and relaxing.

My mom has been caring for her mother nonstop over the past few months as she nears the end of her life. I booked her a massage to give her a break and some much needed relaxation. After the amazing massage, her therapist came back and told her that there would be no charge… this one was “on the house.” They recognized the stress of caring for another and knew that she just needed a break. This was my first time at this location. It was the worst experience ever. I don’t normally write reviews, nor do I normally take the time to write a bad review. But it was just that bad. My massage therapist was Regina. At first the massage started out fine. But shortly after, she started with the one handed massage. I also noticed she would just stop and do nothing for a while. This went on for a bit and I started to feel like she was on her phone. I tried to shift to kinda get her attention and in one instance she dropped it on my hand. That’s when I knew she was ok her phone. I still wanted to verify with my own eyes, so when she was doing my leg, she started doing the one hand again and I looked up and she had her phone right next to my leg and she was doing whatever on it.
