Massage Envy

I received an amazing, medium pressure Swedish massage. The staff were all pleasant from the beginning to the end of my time there. I didn’t have to wait long before being seen either. If you want an incredible massage please book Veronica. The price is reasonable and I had a great experience to relieve some stress.

KIA IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Her spirit was warm, calm, and inviting. She not only walked me through her process, (not to go into full detail) she explained some reasons why a certain area was tender, what it was related to, and how/what I could do at home to counter and alleviate the tenderness to avoid it becoming painful in the future, and why it was important for me to be proactive about it. She asked about my comfort levels as she massaged various areas of my body. She was very personable, which was great because having someone massage your almost naked body is a very personal experience. I truly appreciated Kia's professionalism, knowledge, and shown expertise. I am trying to figure how I can incorporate routine future massages by Kia in my life schedule.

It was my first time getting a massage at this location. It was amazing. The front desk personnel were great. I received a tour and an explanation of all the services. Very impressive. Monica is amazing. She worked all the knots on my shoulders and neck. I look forward to booking my next appointment with Monica and using the other services this massage envy offers.

I arrived 13 minutes early for a 1.30hr massage and foot scrub at noon. Michael came out to get me 10 minutes late after my appointment time, then had the receptionist to bring me a tablet with forms to complete. I let him know I had been there over 20 minutes and asked if the time for his lateness & form completion would be made up. He immediately replied no, apologized then said the forms should have been given to me sooner. After I completed the forms, he told me they would comp the foot scrub, which I accepted. The massage was very basic. I requested firm and barely received medium pressure. I requested more pressure only to be told after 20 minutes that he was warming up my tissues. While Michael did increase the pressure on my shoulders only, the rest of the massage was him simply ru

This was my first time experiencing cupping, and Monica was absolutely phenomenal. She throughly explained everything to me and she tailored the session to my needs which I greatly appreciated. I am so happy new modalities are being added to the menu. I can’t to wait go back already.
