Massage Envy

Went today (Jan 11, 2026) for a massage. It was my second time going here, and I liked my first experience so much that I decided to book my mother an appointment and bring her with me. What really bothered me about my experience is my mother’s and my interactions with the receptionist. When I went last time (April 2025), the receptionist was informative and made me feel welcome, but this time the receptionist (a different lady) didn't tell me or my mother, who was here for the FIRST TIME, that once we checked in, we could go to the lounge. So we just sat in the reception area (next to the front door and not the one with the water dispenser) and waited and waited and waited for about 10 minutes past our appointments' scheduled start time. Had a massage with Michaela and she was great! Her precision was awesome for targeting my tight shoulders and hips. Would highly recommend

HORRIBLE LOCATION! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Computer system was awful when trying to schedule. Accidentally scheduled an appt same day 53 mins by error...they charged me for missing the appt and the "Manager" Marissa refused to get on the phone to talk to me and made employee Sara relay the news that they would keep my money for missed appt that was scheduled less one hour before the time. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!

I went there for a facial by Rosa. She was good. The staff at the reception desk is also friendly and didn't try to sell the membership too much (which I appreciated). Parking is easy. Clean and spacious place.
