They need a better receptionist! The girl that help me checked out is snappy and and not friendly! The service is really nice and i really like the place. It makes me feel like i don’t wanna go back to this location anymore because of the attitude!

As always Liz is an amazing Masseuse! She embodies the best professionalism and skill of the craft. She’s always starts on time, works deep tissue with smooth steady hands, is able to have a pleasant conversation, but senses when long periods of silence are desired and is fine with that too. She gives a full body massage and doesn’t skip areas. She listens prior to the massage and focuses on the areas giving you the most problem. She uses the time wisely and ends on time. I have had massages all over the world in my lifetime, and can attest that Liz is the best! I am also reluctant to post this review so clients don’t fill up her schedule! :) Save the 4:30pm Thursday slot for me please.

The front desk staff is always friendly and professional. My therapist, Greta, is the absolute best! She is a master at what she does to make my time there a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would recommend her skills and service to anyone who is looking for the best massage therapist in Annapolis MD.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Don’t make the mistake of signing up for a membership here(absolute scam). I wish I had never signed up. This location has very limited availability of good massage therapists. I have had extremely mediocre services in general at this location. On top of that, their policies make it almost impossible to cancel your membership or change membership status while they continue to charge each month and ignoring emails.
