The front desk staff here are amazing. They are organized, patient, and always try their best to help everyone who walks in. Unfortunately I’ve seen them get treated poorly by clients when things are out of their control, and they still remain respectful and professional every time. They truly deserve recognition for how hard they work and how well they handle stressful situations.

I very much enjoy the massage therapist I have had. However the people at this location cancel on clients at the last minute. Very frustrating.

I have had an account here for over 13 years. They didn’t pull out my monthly amount, then pulled out several months at once (2 times) My account has been blocked so I can’t make an appointment. The owner Laura is the only person who can unblock it. I have been trying to get ahold of her for 3 weeks. I have 17 credits I cannot use. It’s been harder and harder to make an appointment here since the pandemic. They basically keep you locked in a cycle of not canceling or you lose your credits. I hope to hear back from the owner. Beware of opening an account here.

My experience in American Fork has been nothing less than remarkable. I have many credits from out of state and they have been exceptional at working me into available slots. They are knowledgeable and kind They called every time there was an available slot for me. I cant recommend then enough.

I have had an account here for over 15 years. However, I no longer live in Utah county and have been calling, emailing and even tried to text for a couple months as I want to close my account. I’ve never gotten a response to my emails. And when I call, they always tell me that they have to wait for a manager, and the manager has never called me back one time. Even over the last, probably five years when I needed to pause my account or something, I never get a call back. Take multiple calls to get any action. And because they won’t give me an electronic form, because I’m not able to drive down there, I will most likely be charged again. I’ve also asked for a transfer form and I’ll transfer my account to Draper where I like going and they are always responsive. Can’t get that either. Hopin
