If you have been in pain and have been to countless massage therapists like I have Book the appointment. You will be glad you did. The massage therapist is very thorough and attentive. He listens well to your concerns and he even knew how to treat my usually non treated areas due to old injuries. This is not one of those places where you pay for a time and they shorten your time. He gave me all my time. He also had great recommendations for things I can purchase to assist with my posture. My body feels lighter, better aligned, my posture improved, I have greater mobility and I'm not in any pain. I almost feel like I have a new body. So needles to say.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I

Garland with Pre Bodyworks is a modern-day healer. I went into our session with significant pain in my neck and shoulders that wasn’t improving on its own. After listening to me and observing my body, Garland worked on my whole body to prepare it for the specific treatment my neck needed. With gentle and skilled hands, he unlocked two of my vertebrae and relieved pinched nerves in my neck. This gentlemen is a stellar body worker. The office is well appointed, relaxing, and quiet. His technique is very effective and deliberate with attention to detail, specific to your individual needs.
