Nicole has been my go-to for massages and other therapies for over 10 years (at least!), and Rex has done treatments on me as well during that time. Nicole and Rex are hands-down (pun intended) the best massage therapists in Williamson County. While they have different styles, both have amazing quality of touch and adapt their sessions to exactly what you need. No cookie cutter massage here! When I was having knee pain, Nicole worked carefully but specifically around my knee joint and after the massage, for the first time in months, the pain was gone! This lasted for about 5-6 weeks. Far more effective than the other massage therapists or physical therapy that I had tried. If you want a massage with results, these are the two to contact.

My husband and I get massages from Nicole and Rex about every two weeks. They are simply the best! They really help with our aches and pains. We love their new location. Great space in a great building. The ambiance is perfect.
