I’ve been here a few times in the recent months and I always leave very relaxed! Very straight forward for my needs!

I have been to this place 3 times, one good, twice bad. First of all, prices are all over the place. They list starting 60 min massage for Upto $90, that’s expensive, but you can negotiate. Then massage session can be super nice or no good depending on the person. I was really irritated during my last visit with the older lady on front desk who didn’t specify the type of massage and add me pay upfront.

I am talking about my own experience with the therapist Nereyda Ramirez, an excellent therapist, very professional. If you want a good quality deep tissue massage, ask for a massage with her directly. I highly recommend her. Excellent presentation and professionalism. Mi calificasion especial para ella ..

I am incredibly upset with the service from this place. I went in with a Groupon for 45 minutes, and then added another 15 minutes when I got there. Unfortunately my massage was only 45 minutes and when I brought this up with the front desk they assured me the manager would call me back. It is now almost a week later and no calls. I called again today and finally spoke to the manager who yelled at me and refused to help in any way. She said “we used our sheets, towels and products on you and I cannot believe you are complaining”. When I told her she is treating her customer very unprofessionally she refused to listen and just kept telling. I have never ever written a bad review in my life but could not stay quiet on this matter. Shame on this business.

Staff is friendly, a room was set up pretty nice and romantic for a couple massage. but massage itself is Very average. Went by coupon for a couple massage. I'm glad I didn't pay the full price here. Felt nails on my skin during massaging, hot stones were burning hot, heard footsteps and slams of the closet or whatever it was. Not very relaxing atmosphere. They defenetly should change there shoes for sneakers or smth like that. I wouldn't recommend this place.
