heat damaged my hair, lady did not know how to work with curly/coily hair and repeatedly ripped hair out, she was rude and charged me an extra 30 DOLLARS for “tangles” which I could have combed out myself, then continued to charge me another hidden $10 fee because I paid with card. Ridiculous. I would NOT go here

I love coming here for my wash dry and flat iron. Liz is always so professional and sweet. She does an amazing job on both my daughter's hair and myself every time.

This place lacks customer service. My mom went in the salon and waited for 1 1/2 hours to be serviced. She was waiting patiently and came in on a Saturday understanding there will be a wait time. That’s cool. Saturdays are busy days at salons. Totally understandable. However, as she was next in line to be serviced the stylist took her friend that had just walked in the salon and told my mom that her friend “texted her to come in” which is why she took her. WHATTT…..wait a minute. What happened to waiting like the rest of us paying customers. I don’t care if it is your friend, your mom, your grandma, your sister, etc. This is poor customer service. Customer service is definitely not what it use to be. This is terrible. We will take our money elsewhere.They will lose a lot of people for the
