I have been a client of Gregorio for many years, and he has consistently taken excellent care of my hair and beard. The atmosphere in the shop is welcoming, and there is a high level of respect for all clients. Gregorio is an exceptional barber who pays meticulous attention to detail and works diligently, even on holidays like Thanksgiving. I have to say being from the Bronx and being able to find a place that reminds you of home. That is able to do your hair really has made my day being in another state finding someone who is able to do your hair is not easy. Martha is really wonderful. Definitely my go to person from now on so glad I found this place.

I had highlights added to my hair, basically to cover my grey hair. I was so pleased with the outcome. The blowouts and styling are always on point also. My stylist Martha is kind, professional, gentle and she takes her time. Thank you, thank you.

My experience with Mass flow was unpleasant. Very unprofessional. Martha who did my hair would not listen to any recommendation. She put a product/relaxer in my hair. I felt my scalp burning and she put vinegar to ease the pain. When I got home, I noticed that my hair was very damaged especially on the side where I felt the burn. One week later, my hair is still falling. I'm very unhappy. It was my first time and I will NEVER return to that place.

Lourdes worked miracles with my hair 2 days in a row to correct all the damage I had done with box color(s) plus a ton of white/gray new growth. This was my first appointment at Mass Flow, and I was completely impressed. Now, MY hair has "mass flow!" Friendly, professional, family-owned and operated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
