Blanca is an amazing nail technician who not only does a great job with nails, but also speaks English fluently. However, the girl who sits next to her doesn't speak English and can be quite hostile when I call and ask questions during my pedicure service. There is definitely a language barrier and despite my efforts to communicate, she refuses to properly understand me. On one occasion, she charged me for a gel pedicure but ended up using regular polish instead. When I questioned her about the overcharge, she simply replied that I "owed" her. I was left confused and frustrated. During my recent visit to another salon for a pedicure, the technician was shocked to see one foot with gel polish and the other with regular polish. Today was a good day. Monica gave me a pedicure my first time there I enjoyed the customer service. She gives a phenomenal pedicure, my legs and feet feels so good. I had a stroke so I pampered myself today. Thank you so much, Monica. I'll see you soon. Miss Robin.

If I could leave a 0 I would. I went in with a friend to get pedicures. The girl says sit at the chair as we do and when I put my foot in the foot bath the water was so scolding hot I actually burnt my foot! So we continue on as that should have been my sign to say forget it! I ask for a wax pedicure as I’m going on vacation and want nice nails. Well the lady painted my toes and I sat there for a while letting them dry with my friend as we weren’t really in a rush! Well half way home I realize the nail polish never dried and it infact has wax still on my foot! I completely wipe off the polish with a dry paper towel! And there refuse a refund!! Bad buisness!!!

Nice salon and staff. However time management is an issue. Technician left me to do a gel mani stating I had to soak my nails w gel another 5 min. I had foil on thru my pedi. You better have a couple hours plus when u go there. Was there 2 plus hrs for mani pedi

I just went there for the first time and had a mani and pedi. Hands down the best I've ever had. I'm super impressed with how my manicure came out and they pay very close attention to detail. They just gained a dedicated customer 🙏
