Beautiful salon, attentive, affordable. Everyone is so nice you feel at home! Michelle does my hair and she always does a great job! Brianna has done my nails and is extremely talented! I would highly recommend everyone who works here

I have been a customer at Snips & Tips for many years. I just go for my hair to be cut, styled and occasionally colored or foiled, although they do offer manicures and pedicures, waxing, etc... I have to say that from the moment you walk through the door you are warmly greeted by their receptionist and other employees as they walk by. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The salon is very clean and modern. They have music playing in the back round at just the right volume. They offer keurig coffee or something cold to drink while you wait. My stylist (Michelle) has always done my hair better than I had even expected. She listens and sometimes offers different alternatives. I totally trust her judgement. Called last Tuesday for an appointment, explained what I needed done. Got an appointment for the following Wednesday at 9:30, she also asked for my number just in case there was an opening on that Tuesday. Never got a call, so I went on Wednesday at 9:30, even bought the girls Dunkin' Donuts. Got there and was told they didn't have an appointment for me, but they still took the Donuts. Very unprofessional.

This salon has a great, friendly staff who are very professional and talented at their craft. One always feels welcomed at Snips and Tips!!!!
