Mary Lynn's Massage & Day Spa

Unacceptable experience, largely due to the owner’s behavior. During what was supposed to be a full service, the owner walked out mid-service to argue, leaving the appointment incomplete. She was confrontational and unprofessional. This business has two locations, yet no address was ever specified when booking. The confirmation message provided no location details, which caused confusion from the start. Despite all of this and despite the service not being completed—we were still expected to pay the full price. I will be sharing the confirmation message showing no address listed. This situation reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I do not recommend this business at all.

We received three facial at Mary Lynn's Massage & Day Spa. It wasn't what we were expecting from reading past reviews, having facials in the past, and for the fee charged for what we received. Not much time was spent on the facials themselves. The facials here included massaging the arms and hands, feet and lower legs. I would've prefered the focus to be only on my face, head, shoulders and chest as most traditional facials are. Mary Lynn left the room and returned at least three times during my facial. During the treatment she commented about how dry and discolored my skin was, and how many knots I had in my muscles, all while mentioning her experience and expertise. Highly recommend Carly for a facial (magical!) and Mariah for massage (so relaxing, checking every so often to ensure pressure was OK!). Mary Lynn is a hoot! Arrive early and ask to spend time on the peaceful 2nd floor patio while you wait for your appointment time. Call to ask for any special packages. I had a one-hour facial + one-hour massage + hand and foot scrub for an astonishingly reasonable price. Would easily have been two to three times more at one of the Scottsdale resorts. This little gem is tucked away, too, so zero street/traffic noise to disturb a relaxing, rejuvenating escape.

Three of us went to celebrate our friends birthday! The spa is beautiful, quiet nice music playing. We each had a facial, massage and hand and foot scrub. Kayla, Nanette and Autumn were fantastic. Ive had a lot of spa treatments and this was hands down the best. It was seamless. My other two friends were equally as happy! I really can't recommend it more! Run dont walk to be pampered at Mary Lynns!!

I've had hundreds of massages and I'm sad to report this is among the worst I've ever had. My husband and I purchased a package for our 15th anniversary, facial and massage. We upgraded to 90 minute massages. We arrived 10 minutes early and no one was there to greet us. Someone finally came 10 minutes after our appointment time. They took us upstairs and put us outside with water while they got the room ready. It was 100° that day and we were sweating. We did not get into the room until 15-20 minutes after our appointment time. They took us into the couple's room which sounds nice and has the potential to be had they done massages and facials at the same time but the way they did the services made being in the same room annoying. One of us got a massage while the other got a facial. This
