Customer Reviews
I had such a wonderful experience at this spa! The facilities are truly amazing and everything about it is designed to help you relax. The facilities are exceptional, offering a serene escape at every turn. The quiet room invites you to truly unwind, while the steam room, sauna, spacious hot tub, and invigorating cold plunge create a perfect balance of relaxation and renewal. The poolside setting is kept at an ideal temperature, making it a delightful place to lounge. The massage was deeply soothing and left me feeling completely restored. I also appreciated the thoughtful details, a plush bathrobe and slippers upon arrival, secure lockers, and a beautifully stocked vanity complete with everything from mouthwash to body lotion. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure the ultim
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Low class, dirty and outdated. The entrance might look grande, but spa facilities are trashy. The manicure/pedicure area looks like a pop-up in China town, with absolutely no interior design, plastic bowls for soaking, electrical wires on the floor and a treatment that I can get at 1/4 price at "anywhere" USA. The locker rooms are decent along with the steam room area. Th The "spa" pool is absolute trash, cushions are stained and dirty and the wicker lounge seats are cheap, literally you could buy them at K-mart discount store. The server (02/25/25) was terrible. She got our order wrong and of course didn't come back for over 30 minutes so we couldn't inform her, I mean we could have chased her down, but aren't we at a luxury spa? We asked for water, she brought
The massage was amazing— I enjoyed a 90 min hot towel arnica massage. Once you check in, you have access to all of their amenities, including the terrace pool, hot tub, saunas and cold plunge. I highly recommend booking your appointment for early in the morning so you can have the day/afternoon to enjoy everything else. Enjoy!
We had such a memorable afternoon at Joya Spa! The whole vibe was relaxing and beautiful, but what really stood out was the incredible poolside service from Carlos. He made us feel genuinely cared for and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. You can tell he really takes pride in his work—and it made a difference. The pool area has a stunning view of Camelback Mountain, and even though it got a bit crowded after our afternoon spa service, we didn’t mind. We just lounged around, soaked up the sun, and waited for the pool to clear out a bit. Honestly, it was all part of the chill experience. We’re planning to check out a few other spas in the area, but we’d definitely come back to Joya—especially if Carlos is still there. He really made the experience feel special.
I loved my afternoon at Joya. The entryway is absolutely beautiful, with interactive elements that ease you into a wellness mindset. The locker and shower areas were spacious and comfortable. The hammam ritual room was a real surprise—the gentle warmth was perfect after my massage. Speaking of, I had a fabulous massage that worked my tight areas while also helping me relax. I had two small complaints. One, that no one greeted me to show me around. I had to find my way around until I found someone to show me where everything was. Second, the terrace pool was the temperature of a hot bathe despite it being 87 degrees outside. I also think it was a touch overpriced. My massage was good but nothing special. But I also want to give BIG kudos for easily accommodating plus size bodies. They had
