I took my child in for braids for the second time. I had a horrible experience this time. First of all it was not the same price. I thought it was because of the style I chose but it's because she didnt want to do it. Don't say you can braid when you can't. I will show you the picture of what I wanted and a picture of what I got. The previous time came the girl that did it was alot better braider and did not charge me as much. This girl was not patient with my child and rushed the job and then over charged me. She charged me $110 for this and was standing up there waiting for a tip. The first picture is what I asked for the second one was what I got.

Zoraida is the best!!!! My hair was no nappy from braids she color my hair and did hair beautiful 4 work!!! And my hair lasted!!!! And trimmed my ends! Just the ends!! No big chop she’s my lady! highly recommend!

Cee Cee is very good with children! She’s patience, pleasant, and soft spoken! My children and I go to her only!!! For black American woman bring your own products!!! Do not let them use any type of shampoo, conditioner or leave in conditioner in your hair whatever it is will change your texture!!

Recently I started brining my son to get his hair braided. The chart on the wall states that braids start at 45.00. I took a photo. The total came to 70.00. I didn’t complain. We came back again because she did a pretty good job and the total was 70.00 again. Today, I came in and do the same 6 braids, the total was $80.00 dollars! I paid and left because I have watched them argue with customers. Their prices are not consistent. This is an issue and unprofessional. They are unprofessional.

The service itself was quick (less then 10mins) and fine. However, I was surprised by a $45 charge for a hot curl and pin curl due to having weave. I didn’t realize there was an additional charge and would have appreciated knowing the total cost before the service began.
