I’m so sorry I didn’t give this review sooner. Let me start by saying this is a horrible salon. Whatever you do please stay away from OLGA she’s stationed at the first chair. I came in for a wash and my ends clipped. It started at the sink, she was washing my hair so rough I had to tell her to stop pulling my hair while it’s wet. Then when I got to her chair to have my ends clipped she started shearing my ends. I’m like ok maybe this is a new technique. The look on her face was very disturbing and she was still being extremely rough with my hair. I was confused because I had been coming there for 5 years or more. I asked her to roll my hair with the red rollers she said no mommy I do purple because we getting ready to close soon. I’m like ok fine. The real test for me was when I was finish

Attitudes are terrible! Especially the one in the 1st chair when you come in. Came in for a wash and blow dry, recently had a slick ponytail which requires gel and edge control. I get to the bowl and she starts applying color, without washing old the old product! After clearing stating it should be washed out, they got defensive and stated no it's ok, but it's not ok, if I'm spending $95 for a service, I should be able to make a request! Side note: DO NOT GET COLOR! You will be under the dryer for 72 hours!

Horrible salon. If I could give zero stars I would. First off- I had already read some of the previous negative reviews of this salon and decided to still give them the benefit of the doubt…my mistake! I had washed and conditioned my hair before even stepping foot into the salon- because I have had bad experiences with washers being way too rough and inconsiderate to my hair at Dominican Hair Salons. I walked in and told the hair stylist I did not need a wash. She told me to go sit down in the chair, and I did. She came over and started to touch my hair and ask me if I wanted a blowout or a flatiron?- I then asked her what would be the price of each? She began to fumble with her words and say well it’s going to be $40, and I was shocked! I pay $45 for a wash, dry and blowout at other salo

I’m at the salon sitting under the dryer, the smell from fried unwashed hair is choking me so bad I have to get up and go outside. “Salons” should not be allowed to do unwashed hair. If you come into the hair salon after washing it at home I understand but caked dry dirty hair absolutely NOT. She came in with dry tangled mass and left with a straight freshly curled funky head.It’s unhygienic and what customer wants to go after that while the stylist use the same tools (comb, hand dryer, brush and hair clamps) on the next customer. That woman should be ashamed and the stylist for thinking about a $ over proper hygienic practices. This is unprofessional and if the customer didn’t have the money she should do her own hair at home. Nasty people.

Did not listen to what I asked to be done. Decided she was gonna donit her way. Which did not give the results I was looking for. Asked for curler blow out, recieved a flat iron leaving hair completely straight. Wasn't look that I was looking for. Service is recieved ( straightening and asked for a blowout).
