Came here yesterday for a haircut. Not only did I bring a photo I described exactly what I wanted. I said not too short, not too tight on my head and wispy bangs almost to my eyebrows. This woman proceeded to butcher my hair with a pair of scissors as big as hedge trimmers, give me micro bangs straight across my forehead and cut it two inches too short. When I told her it was way too short and shorter than the picture three times she not only told me I was wrong but also proceeded to keep cutting it telling me she was cross checking (even though the sides are uneven) she then told me not to worry about it because it would grow out on two weeks. It’s so short there’s absolutely nothing I can do to style it, I look like a man and I’m so embarrassed by it. She also charged me full price. I’m

i paid for my grandma to come get a perm here for mother’s day and the british lady with the orange hair was ridiculously rude and aggressive with her. my grandma is the sweetest soul and so generous and selfless and we decided to treat her and she got mistreated terribly. the woman made fun of her thin hair and was carelessly pouring water on her face while washing her hair. her tone and actions were unnecessarily very aggressive and rough with my grandma and her hair. she was so rude that another worker had to tell her to calm down and be respectful. all my sweet grandma wanted was to feel beautiful with a new hair style, and she was instead disrespected and violated. DO NOT COME HERE.

I love the English lady with the “orange bob”. She has done my hair for years, since I was 18 ish, now 62. I love how she styles, dyes, updo, French braids ( well braids when I was younger 😊) and cuts my hair. She is very professional and definitely not racist, the most sincere and kindest person you ever met. 💕💕

I had a pretty awful experience coming in for a haircut a few weeks ago. The older English lady with the orange bob was speaking with the person in her chair about how, “the Arabs have taken over the city” whatever that’s suppose to mean. Then when I get in the chair and she begins to cut my hair, she says I have a “weird hairline”, weird relative to what? Her expected, typical white demographic? And when she tried to make small talk with me and I share how I’m planning on teaching in Korea where my family is from, she says, “Oh, you’re going back there, huh?”… even though I was born and raised in Sonoma. Not to mention, she made my hair completely uneven, and I don’t even feel comfortable to come in to get it fixed, as I’m concerned about being critiqued and criticized based on my perceiv

Stay away from the stylist Cristine she did a horrible job cutting doing a basic mens haircut. Couldnt smooth the sides from a one to one and a half and left many uneven spots. She cut too high in the back and left many patchy spots. Basically ended up having a mushroom head and had to go to my original barber to fix her mistakes. You’ve been warned!
