The Spa at The Lodge at Sonoma

Had an incredible deep tissue massage with Ryan 🙌🏼 great attention to my requests and a physical therapy approach to loosen up my lower back and shoulders. The amenities are great and it was so relaxing to lay in the cabana, enjoy the sauna and take a dip in the hot tub. Take advantage of the self-scrub shower in the locker room before you head out ✨ Definitely worth a visit to treat yourself! 🧖‍♀️

Spent a few hours at the Spa (via Resort Pass). Lovely grounds, facility is charming (2 outdoor hot tubs & 2 small outdoor pools). Barrel sauna. Upstairs lounge with fireplace and treats.

Divine experience. Relaxed in the hot tubs before our massage. The body scrubs in the shower were simply heaven. Lou and Charlotte gave us us most exceptional massages in history. The relaxation room after was simply perfection. A cozy nook, big pillows and soft blanket, a cup of tea. ❤️. Next time I will linger far longer.

Massage was aggressive and not very relaxing. Deep tissue doesn’t have to mean beat me up! Most expensive massage I’ve ever had, and far from the best. The locker room, pool area, and relaxing room were incredible. They should have a bathing suit dryer/ spinner. Also, I should be able to decide what to tip my masseuse, rather than asking me (in front of other people) if I want to keep the default 20%, and I’d like to preview my bill before giving my card to be charged $360. 😳

Lovely spa experience - I had a very satisfying deep tissue massage with a talented therapist named Charlotte, and I felt so much better afterwards. The spa has separate (from the resort) amenities, including a private garden area with a sauna and soaking pools and a relaxation room on the second floor where the treatment rooms are. Really nice experience.
