🚨🚨HEAT DAMAGE ALERT🚨🚨🚨 Not only is she rude she gave me massive heat damage. I came in for a silk press and trim and she destroyed my hair!!!! I never use heat on my hair except when I get it trimmed every 4-6 months. I came in with beautiful curls and left with heat damage to near the root!! I kept asking her for heat protectant and SHE WOULDNT DO IT!!! If you want major heat damage go here. Also when I attempted to contact her to ask for a partial refund with proof of damage she told me it wasn’t her. She’s a LIAR, a CHEAT, and this shop should be taken down Below she claims my style last 10 days. It didn’t even last the drive home. My silk press was frizzy and dry and she even wrapped my hair before I left the shop. I got my hair done on Wednesday and figure I just wouldn’t go back.

The Mark of Excellence salon in San Leandro is the real deal. Legit! Cassandra Williams can do everything your head requires. Reminds me of the friendly old school atmosphere of salons in the south. However she has all the modern conveniences. Her clientele ranges from young to old. Very excellence for color, perms, weaves and cuts - including barber cuts for ladies who like the boy faded styles. Check her out. I have been a satisfied customer since Obama was president 🫶🏾

It is so refreshing to go to a salon and be serviced by someone who is very experienced, friendly and professional. I saw quite a few older women getting their hair done and I must say that Cassandra has growing hands- all of her clients had full heads of hair. If you want a no frills cut, color, press or blow out in a timely manner and a great price- I definitely recommend her!
