First issue, they don’t respect appointments. Second, I was just sitting in the chair with my hair wet as the person who washed my hair was getting her hair blown out. Then once she finished getting her hair blown out she started to do my hair. Mid service she switched out with another girl who then completed my service. The whole time they didn’t explain anything to me and seemed annoyed when I started question what I was waiting for. Third, they charged me extra money for the texture of my hair. If they were going to charge extra then they should have told me upfront before they started my hair and then I could have chosen to go somewhere else. Instead they waited until it was time to pay. I have been going to get my nails done by Ana for about two years! I was asked to confirm my appointment and then two days later reschedules my appointment without any explanation or apology..she has always been a bit unprofessional but this was the icing on the cake..she is talented with her work but I would rather spend my money somewhere else with someone who knows ethics and etiquette.
