Truly Spoiled Salon & Boutique

I will not be returning nor recommending this salon. I called in advanced to make an appointment and explained to the owner/grandmother that I wear cornrows and a wig and would like them taken out, washed and braided back down again. This is my routine in the winter months. I was told she would speak to Yolanda and have her call me. She called and asked that she text me which wasn't a red flag because I prefer text messages for appointments. I get there and she brings me to the sink. I explained to her that I wear my hair in cornrows and would like them taken out and then washed. She tells me, "I do not take out other people's braids. I have carpal tunnel. I can braid your hair the way I can do it but taking it out is too much on my hands." Now I have to worry whether you are appropriate t

I was referred to this salon and from the 1st phone call I was impressed. The owner Myra was very professional she made me feel comfortable with all my questions. It's a beautiful Salon and kept very clean. My stylist Kesha was on time and listened to my needs for my hair. She was friendly and professional. I will be going back!

First time visiting the shop. The owner is a very nice lady. She welcomed me and gave me a tour of the boutique and salon. The shop was beautifully decorated in purple colors. The atmosphere is very warm and cozy. I made an appointment with Tierra for a color. The consultation with her was great, she explained the pros and cons of bleaching and really cared about the health of my hair. She did a awesome job and I’m so glad I followed her advice. I will definitely return. I was truly spoiled. I highly recommend.

Yolanda is a good stylist but she is busy. She starts on time and keeps a tight schedule. She’s concerned about the health of the hair.
