I worked with someone named Linda for a long time and gave her chance after chance just because it was close to my house. The salon has messed up my nails numerous times (for example my nails would be uneven multiple times and would refuse to fix it). Multiple times they would speak negatively about you in their language in front of you if you make a simple request regarding their work. I’ve also had my eyebrows burned with no refund or proper apology. Numerous times I’ve been left waiting mid appointment for more than 15 minutes as well, but if you’re late even for a bit they won’t take you even if you’re a loyal customer. This salon has no respect for its customers and will take your money and give you sloppy jobs.

I’m not really the type to leave reviews but I’m really disappointed in the time and money that I wasted here. $30 for a gel manicure that didn’t last a week and that’s considering I went back 5 days later for a touch up. My nails started bubbling, cracking and lifting. I always get gel manicures and I’ve never had this happen. I don’t know what type of cheap gel they use here but don’t waste your money here. When I called to let them know one of my nails had lifted the lady seemed upset about it, she told me to come in and didn’t bother to fix the issue correctly she just put another coat of polish on and sent me on my way. I wish I could get a refund this was a complete waste of money.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for a couple years now. I’ve had some weird experiences before but i always gave them another chance because it’s close to my house and they do a pretty good job. Unfortunately their customer service is why I’m leaving this review. I get the SNS dip nails and this is my second time picking a color and getting a completely different color. When I asked if she could fix it she offered to just use regular nail polish and paint over it.. I asked if they could give me a discount for the inconvenience and she charged me $40 instead of $45 (I’m pretty sure I’ve paid $40 every time I’ve gotten it done) and she was not very nice when I called later to ask if there was any other options. Went for warming rose and got bubble gum pink ✌️ Also heard another lady complain

I’m extremely sad and upset for allowing myself to be treated this way. I recently received a manicure at this nail salon, where they polished my nails so much that they made my nails super thin and now I’m having pain and discomfort and may nails are breaking. I had to seek medical consult to obtain help. I’m extremely upset!

Staff/technicians are friendly and professional. Location is clean, and they do good work. First time: I had my eyebrows done. Second time: pedi, and I brought my 10 year old daughter for a bday mani & pedi. Tech was very kind and patient with her. This is my third time and I got the SNS manicure, love it! I brought my husband for a pedicure he enjoyed his first pedi!
