I have been coming to this location for years ,my father and mother as well. Mark used to have another location before moving and I have been getting my hair cut here since about 2010. Quality of work here is why I come back and the customer service has not been cold shoulder. I would note the following however to make sure you have a great experience. 1.plan accordingly and set an appointment . This will ensure you don't have to wait,they get busy especially around the holidays so call ahead . Marlene is my girl. She keeps it 100. Will get to your desired color, keeping your hair healthy even if that means process is in steps, which is IMPORTANT! From regular colors to fun colors. I know because I like constant change. Important to work as a team!

Came to this highly recommended haircut place for my friend and as soon as you walk in no greeting. Cold shoulder customer service as we sat down, no "hi" or "will be right with you". My friend needed a quick clean up only. After waiting for clos3 to 10 minutes they ask us if we were woth a group of othe r guys that just came in and I said no. The o ly guys stylist said that they close in 5 minutes and we may have to wait 40 minutes but that they really close at 5pm. If told early like if greeted when entered and informed of their time I wiuld have not felt offended. But the fact that others came in before me and my friend and they were not told the same is bad customer a service. Talent not always comes with manners I see now. Will not recommend this place.

I was referred here by a friend and I absolutely love this place Marc definitely transformed my hair ! Customer service is great and everyone is nice and attentive A+++ !!
