Needed a good, professional looking haircut before moving to Burlington, VT for a fresh start, and reached out to the shop. Experience was easy, and the barber, Chris was great! Highly recommend going to him! Wish I could move this shop with me, but I know when I visit NY again and need a cut, I'll definitely prioritize stopping here. 👌🏼

I’ve been going to Chris for a long time at this point and the haircuts are always perfect. The whole crew is amazing over there! I’ve recommended the shop to all my friends and even take my little brother. Everyone comes out looking 10x better than they did going in. The prices are also extremely reasonable, especially for the quality you’re getting. The staff are very social and welcoming; awesome people to talk to. Amazing environment, wonderful staff, and great prices. 10/10 would recommend.

From now on, my trusted barber in Ithaca! Anna was amazing, very professional, and with just a few indications she immediately understood the haircut I wanted and executed it perfectly. Prices are very fair, and the tip is truly earned, not just expected like in many other places.

Best barber in Ithaca for sure . The owner is super professional and very caring about his work . All the staff do a good job and are very attentive and polite . This is the only place I’ll go to in Ithaca . Being so close to campus is awesome too . Satisfaction is next to guaranteed here .

After struggling to find a good haircut with no notice, I landed on the Maple Ave Barbershop. Parking was easy, within about 150 feet of the front door with reserved spaces for this business only. I was greeted by both Chris and Steph as soon as I walked in, and waited for about 10 minutes, maybe less. Steph cut my hair and shaped my beard, and did a great job. I don’t really have complicated hair needs, just have very stubborn hair regarding shaping in the weeks after the cut. So far, so good! I’ll definitely be going back. The entire place is both family-friendly and professional. I paid $42 ($32 haircut+$10 beard) plus a decent tip for the great cut and conversation. They waive the card fee (I think it was $2-3) if you purchase 2+ services. Ask for Steph when you go in. Chris the owner
